Hi,
It blooms almost year around, no fragrance that I can detect. You can't really tell from the photo but the petals are really translucent. The whole plant is currently around 6 inches tall with the tallest cane.

Wow, not what I'm used to for Maxillarias. This is really cool! I love minis like this and it's got an incredible flower and long bloom season to boot! Great plant!
