Bifrenaria racemosa (Bifr melanopoda?)
Bifr racemosa is a small plant, and the flowers have only 4cm in diameter.
I had serious difficulties with this plant; it blossomed only after I mounted it on a piece of cork. According to M. A. Campacci (Brazilian taxonomist), we have probably two names for the same orchid ("racemosa" and "melanopoda"), and the differences are only in coloration (more green or more brown - like mine - petals)
