Unhappy Maxillaria tenuifolia in trouble. Help!!

I bought a healthy Maxillaria tenuifolia about 2 months ago and I repot the plant sphagnum moss. I've recently seen new root growths and several new growths so the plant looks quite happy. I have the fan on most of the time. So here's the problem:
About a month ago, the some of the leaves got brown spot (veiny looking areas) so I cut those off. A few days later, another leaf got brown veins/spots so I used cinnamon and sprinkled on top of the spotted area (I don't really know what I'm doing). Sometimes these brown areas spread really fast in a random leaf and cover half of the leaf with "veiny" looking tissue, which makes the leaf look mottled. Eventually, the leaves will turn brown and die off. Initially, I thought I might have had some water on the leaves so I took care not to let water sitting on the leaves. That still doesn't resolve the problem. Despite the new growth and and new roots, I'm still not happy. I don't want to loost any more leaf. Could someone tell me what's wrong with my plant? Have anyone experienced this kind of problem on Max Ten before?
I don't have a camera to take a picture, so I borrowed this picture: http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/9...moratusha5.jpg from the internet. It look very similar but with brown veiny tissue instead of a healthy green one.
