I am just not sure what’s happening here. I don’t think my pot is too big and I keep it moist. I just moved it outside here in central Florida as the days are warm and the nights cool. Any advice? Thanks for the help ❤️

It has been inside now for about 3 months and it started to turn before I put it out. I thought maybe the round parts died as the new ones grow but I don’t know.

If the pseudobulbs are still firm it's probably suntan. Remember not to peel off the bracts on the stems. Roots hide under them and grow down to the medium.

it looks like sun "tan" to me too. However, it does look very desiccated, how are you watering it? These don't like to dry much
