A picture might help in this case. What temperatures do you give this orchid? I kept my Jumping Jacks (2) inside our air-conditioned home, along with the other Zygos this past summer. I have found from past experience that the hot weather (upper eighties, nineties 'F) can make these suffer. I also find that the leaves are prone to fungus issues so I try to keep the water off of the leaves when I water.
I just checked my own Jumping Jacks and both have new growth so they put out new growth more than once a year. This means that if you give them the proper care now, they can definitely be saved.
