Phals are growing all the time. (That's why they aren't fussy about being repotted) They grow better when they are warm. Remember, you don't see the results of changes over days, more like months. Orchids don't do anything fast., But with more warmth, you very likely will see more growth. Do keep up on the watering, they will dry out faster in the house.
