Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Julie and I've been smitten by a Cupid's Orchid arrow

It all started with rescuing a phalaenopsis moth orchid that my roommate no longer wanted because it wasn't doing well. So with some online research and several orchids later, I'm now a novice hobbyist.

Welcome to the board. I think many of us got our start with a single Phalaenopsis. Your user name brings a picture to my mind of Phoebe singing that song on "Friends."
