Well Elroy, I may well have given you a bum steer. For some reason the source of Norman's Bay 'Lows' suddenly entered into the space where my brain used to be and it was not Carter & Holmes that I last saw it. A number of times last summer our local WallMart store got in small seedlings in 1 1/2 inch pots. All were mericlones and in one of the shipments were a large # of Norman's Bay 'Lows'. I did buy one as they were selling for 5 bucks each. I grew this hybrid many years ago. If I remember, it was one that went galloping across the pot and never put on a great display of flowers until that last growth that stuck out an inch or so over the edge of the pot! Good luck with your search.
