intro
Hello, I am reptilegrrl and I am new! I've been gardening all my life but i am new to orchids. I decided to try a few orchids because my cat is a chewer and no houseplant (or emery board, or zipper, or pen) is safe. That was about 6 months ago and now I have 8 orchids! I grow indoors, and use inorganic media only.
Because I am nerdy, I decided to compare as many inorganic media as possible, so I have orchids growing in growstone, monto clay, leca, lava rock, and seramis.
I also have two turtles and many potted plants. I moved into a new place last year and will eventually be remaking the garden.
