I got my first AOS award at the KC show on a catasetum. It was in the St. Louis display. I've talked with David a few times, he has wonderful plants! One day I'm going to make it over to see the cave.

Congratulations on the award! That was the first orchid show I've been to. Looking forward to Omaha next year. Definitely get too the Cave!! It's incredible.

I love KC, and will be moving there when this dang Masters degree is finished. I have also been to the Omaha show. Used to live up in Omaha. I really like that area. Country enough, but also city, and lots of trees and wild life. Love the KC BBQ and the Art Institute and museums. If you had a world class Aquarium, there would not be much more to wish for!

Absolutely! My wife grew up in Chicago. We go there regularly. I love to visit the Shedd Aquarium when we go! |
