It's raining right now, hahaha!! but anyways! I am Jeffery and I am totally new to Orchids, about 6 weeks now. I am the proud caretaker to 9 Phals, 6 Catts and 1 I have no idea. looking forward in learning and growing in my new hobby..

I got 4 phals in bloom, 1 is spikeing and the mysery orchid is also blooming.

this is 3 of the Cattleya's Orchids I do know, I dont know what that Lc, C, Sc stands for..

hahaha!! thanks...lots of snow out there, I know snow, I am orginally from Northern Minnesota and survived the likes of minus 50 degree weather, but now I just occasionally view the snow in the mountains surrounding the valley.
mostly I get my Orchids from The Home Depot, but you can buy them almost anywhere here, I haven't done so yet, but I have plans to visit some big Orchid nurseries scattered through out SoCal.
I am new to Orchids, but I grown African Violets for many years and I must say the Orchids are spectacular.
