New to the forum, though not to orchids!

Hi!

I have had several "incarnations" of keeping orchids, and I am back again - this time, being able to find a forum is sure to help me in all kinds of ways!! I have a mixed collection, no real focus - if I like the color and find the details match my environment, I like to give it a go! As far as plants go, I also keep passiflora successfully at my office window - they climb the curtain rods!

Looking forward to learning a lot here! What a cool site this is!!!

I really appreciate it! I am probably not alone here, in that I have succumbed to a buying frenzy a la eBay lately - I have had such fun with it, and am able to enjoy my "instant gratification" need of getting them in spike/sheath, so I can enjoy the flowers VERY soon!!

I live in West Michigan, just on the edge of Grand Rapids - anyone else in my neck of the woods???
