Hello
Default Hello

It has been a long time (30 years ago) since I dabbled in Orchids. My wife bought me my Phalaenopsis Orchids from the local market last October for my birthday. So my memory told me to place it in a sunny window and to put a couple ice cubes in the pot to water it. Needless to say, the flowers started to fall off. Got on the internet, lots of information. These had been three plants in one pot, so I did repot in different clear slotted pots. Now they are in bright light (not direct) and light soaking in tempted RO water when needed. They have sent up new flower spikes , lots of new roots and leaves. Happy Plants

I since purchased a Cattleya "Green Genie", no flowers yet.
