Hey Sade,
welcome here. I'm a big fan of Mallorca (I'm German by birth) and spend usually 3-4 times a year there cycling with my European friends. Every now and than I'm looking for a townhome there (i'd love something in Algaida region) but that is not happening over night.
Anyway, 50 plants is not small to start with. I can see that Mallorca has a very forgiving climate and you should be able to keep lots of them in natural habitat. I'm quite new to this as well with a similar background. Green thumb forever and than due to covid more time than usual home and fell in love with it.
