Default Hello from Yorkshire in the UK

Hi

I live in Yorkshire, England and absolutely love orchids so Im very happy to have found this site. I have had a few over the years but sadly have been unable to keep them.

In September I bought myself 3 orchids (2 phalaenopsis and 1 dendrobium nobile). The dendrobium is growing keikeis but the other 2 aren't doing much at all. Looking for help particularly with my dendrobium so will be posting in the beginners section

Welcome to the Orchid Board! If you click "Forums" at the left side of the page, you will see a forum called "Beginner Discussion." Click on that, and at the top are several "sticky" threads, meaning they will always be at the top of the page for easy reference. The one titled "The Phal Abuse Ends Here" contains a wealth of information for beginners who are growing Phalaenopsis. Or, you can always feel free to post a question.

Thank you. I've asked a question about my dendrobium but I do have to Phalaenopsis which no doubt I'll need advice on so I will check out that thread to let me care for them properly

I'm a bit late to add this comment, but I'm also from good old Yorkshire!

Hope your orchids are thriving... I am planning on getting an alien-looking Paphiopedilum soon. Love the crazy look of them!
