Red face Another Chicago orchid nut... Howdy!

Hey all!
Long time lurker, first time poster.

A dear friend got me into this mess by gifting me the most INCREDIBLE Witchcraft orchid and an assortment of absolutely adorable Bulbophyllums. I think she was trying to get me hooked so she'd have someone else to nerd out with...

Since then I've steadily added to the collection with varying degrees of success and cat-related disasters. Count on me to ask a TON of questions pretty soon (like how the hell to take care of a Brassavola!).

Welcome! We all started with one... but I think that having one orchid is like eating one potato chip... But you are already well past the point of no return..

Welcome WC! You have found the right place for great orchid advice. I am new too, and have relied on these fine folks to get me through the tough times. Happy growing from North Alabama!
