Actually, the Americans make some very nice English Style beers indeed! The best thing is the full pint bottles they have, quite unlike the mean UK pints that is really only 500ml.

Orchid Kid - I learned to ride on a 1969 BSA 441 Victor Special. A pain to start, and that single cylinder shook you to death!

I've not had a Victor Special but I understand they are a nice bike, kick start bikes should not be difficult to start if they are set up correctly.

I have two BSA big singles, one a 1957 500cc B33 known as the poor mans Gold Star and the other an Ex Army 1947 600cc M21. Both run very well but not been out at all this year....
