Default Hello from Ohio ....newbie

I am so excited to find this board. I am new at growing orchids and love the tiny ones. I have lots of questions and hope I can find answers here. Right now I am collecting a few miniatures that are supposed to be easy to grow. I am learning as I go.

Welcome.

Starting that learning process: A plant that is "easy to grow" for one person might be next to impossible for another.

Orchids are "niche plants", each having its own, rather specific cultural needs - light, temperature, humidity, you name it - so what might be right for one may not be for others.

I'll suggest that Restrepia species count as tiny. So does Haraella retrocalla.
