Phew....I'm not alone!
Wow, so glad to see I am not alone!!! I have about 10 Phals, and counting...one has a keiki, so I am on my way to the 11th, but I have read such great things here, and keep learning new stuff, I love it! I have many questions and can't wait to get started and learn different things and philosophies!

No, you are not alone. Maybe even your next door neighbor secretly covets these beautiful plants, and you would never know it. hehe.. There are literally tons of people who are crazy about orchids. Its a contagious disease after all.
Welcome to the Orchid Board!

I grow outdoors here in Enterprise, AL, which is only about 2 hours from Panama City Beach, FL. I have 10 Phal Hybrids...all NOIDs. I would post some pics, but they all aren't in bloom as of yet. A few just went through blooming and now puttng our leaves, and one has a keki ( so excited to watch for root growth on it!!!)and some others have just finished putting out some new leaves. Thank you all for the warm welcome! I can't get over how great this site is and how quick I recieve responses for help and info on orchids!!! I love it!!!

Hello Candice, welcome to the OB, the best place you could have stumbled upon for whatever questions you've got. The info is free, but pictures are greatly appreciated. Everyone thrives on the pictures!
