Smile Catts in Kansas

Hello from Kansas! My story is rather generic: I bought an orchid at the grocery store about six months ago and now I have about 30 and am completely obsessed.

Yesterday I went to Birds Botanicals (KC, MO) for the first time. Wow! One side of me kept thinking "must buy now - gorgeous - buy buy buy!" and the other side kept saying "you don't have enough room!" And, over the course of an hour or so, we worked out a compromise. I bought a cute little Slc. Fire Magic 'Solar Flare' not in bloom and a Blc Mem-Ar-Na. It smells amazing. I'll attach a photo. I don't know anything else about it and my efforts to google "Mem-Ar-Na" have failed pretty spectacularly. Any thought?
thanks! I've already learned a lot on the OB.

to the board, Temperance! That's one pretty Catt there and I really like your setup, it looks cozy! I've never heard of a Blc. Mem-Ar-Na but the flower is quite pretty.

Happy growing

Thanks Renée! I've read a lot of the advice you've given others on the Board. It's been extremely useful and much appreciated.
