This one is tricky. My first thought was that it looked like something in the Maxillaria tribe so after doing some research it looks like it might be something along the lines of Maxillaria exaltata (aka Camaridium exaltatum).

Digging a little further M. exalted doesn't appear to be in Valle Del Cauca, the department where I found it so must be something similar.

it does not look like the Maxillaria exalted in my collection, different flower presentation, form, color, shape of flower and plant form. I'll agree that it looks as if it could be some species of Maxillara

I looked on the web, said flowers are only 1cm,, can't confirm from experience as mine has yet to bloom, sulking due to my over zealousness rot trimming during repotting. What ever it is I would love to add it to my collection
