need an id and help! - Orchid Board

I just got this tonight. I really think I got a huge deal. I paid only $6.99 for it. The whole thing sits about 2 feet tall. There are about 4 bulbs? at the base and two stalks with flowers on them. What is it? How do I prune it? Repotting?
