Moleyarrow?

This mysterious plant is shown growing in fields and marshy areas throughout a rather sophisticated computer game called The Witcher. Most of the plant and bird species shown in the game are realistic. This plant is labeled "Moleyarrow" and I can find no reference to it in English other than in discussions of The Witcher. It looks a lot like an orchid to me. The name they give may be a corrupted translation of something native to Eastern Europe, because that's where most of the game's authors hail from -- Poland in particular. Witcher, as an illustration, is a translation of Germanic hexer, which is similar to our term Warlock. Anybody able to identify this plant in any Western tongue?
