i require an ID on this orchid. I think it might be some Cymbidium but I'm not sure

Definitely a Cymbidium but no way of knowing what the name is. Should forever remain a NOID. It is a beauty.

It is a Cymbidium.

It looks like a hybrid. Cymbidium insigne is in its heritage. I don't know what else it is.

It is definitely not the species Cymbidium insigne. The shape of the lip and the color pattern of the throat is not the same.

So, yeah, Cymbidium NOID.
