Please help ID this incredibly small orchid from Zombitse National Park in southwest Madagascar; the photo was taken on 3 November 2010 in dry deciduous forest habitat. The total size of the inflorescence is slightly larger than my thumb! Many thanks!

I wonder about a Microcoelia species. It's clearly an angraecoid with the spur and this genus is leafless.

Perhaps Microcoelia macrantha? It has those tiny white flowers, a yellowish green interior, is found in Madagascar?
