Lowes Phalaenopsis with spotted leaves Female
Default Lowes Phalaenopsis with spotted leaves

I know a definitive ID isnít possible, but I picked up a double of these Phals on discount due to a broken pot. They have a subtle sweet scent and remind me a lot of the Jiahoís Pink Girl mini I got earlier last year. The leaves on these are much bigger with a really nice spotted pattern. Iíve been tempted to get another Jiahoís Pink Girl, but whatever these are, I like them even more.

I like to have even best guess IDs because it will give me somewhere to start in terms of hunting up a replacement in the event I lose one. But, Iím not finding a good match for these. I almost like the leaves more than the flowers.

Best I can do is say it is a hybrid that likely contains one or more "parents" in the P. stuartiana / schilleriana group.
