Other than to say, it looks like a dendrobium with a Keiki, and what is it doing in a glass without holes, I wouldn't be able to guess at the specific plant.

It needs to be repotted immediately. For one thing, it's in a container with no drainage. It also looks like the bulbs are partially buried by the potting mix.

Air roots need elevated humidity. What's your humidity like? They also need to be watered, how often are you misting them or otherwise watering them? They're also susceptible to damage from fertilizer salts, so if you've been spraying with fertilizer, it might be too strong or you may be feeding too often.

Anyway, we'll need flowers to identify but it's probably a Den. biggibum hybrid or a hybrid with related species. You can find lots of information by Googling for Dend Phal. They need to be grown bright and warm, with lots of air movement, good humidity, and an airy potting mix.
