It does look like Oncidesa Gower Ramsey (Oncidesa because some of the ancestors are considered Gomesa now rather than Oncidium) but telling Gower Ramsay apart from its parent Oncsa. Goldiana or some other Gomesa flexuosa hybrids isn't easy. They all tend to be easy growing with similar bright flowers. How big are the flowers?

Looks like it. Very nice either way. I like the "fat" oncidiums, they look funny.

The flowers are a little larger than a quarter, not as large as a half dollar.

That flower size is smaller than a typical Gower Ramsey, which would usually be a little bigger than a half dollar on a well grown plant. I think that makes Oncsa. Goldiana (parent of Gower Ramsey) or a similar hybrid with more ancestry from Gomesa flexuosa than Gower Ramsey more likely.
