Is it Bulb. lepidum?
Default Is it Bulb. lepidum?

I bought it unflowered as Bulb. biflorum. But after blooming, it turns out it's not Bulb. biflorum. After comparing pics at IOSPE it looks similar to Bulb. lepidum.

So I wonder if it's really Bulb. lepidum?

Chirropetalum Lepidum. Themiddle petal somehow is in a strange position, almost like a cap, but it should be in line with the others. See how the front has 2 gaps on either side? That petal should fit in their some how. I would not force it, knowing how "crunchy" some of these bulbos. can be.

Thank you Optimist.

Is Cirrhopetalum the old genus name for Bulbophyllum?
