When I purchased a couple of rescue orchids online, the lady was kind enough to give me extra orchids. One of them being this. Does anyone know what kind it is?

I agree.
Looks like my Brassavola leaves.

Is that an old, dried flower stalk on the leaf to the right?

Yes it does look like an old flower spike. She didn't tell me what it is. She just said She'll send me surprise orchids and this was one of them lol

I agree, a Brassavola hybrid is likely. It does look like you have it potted rather deep, the rhizome should be exposed.

I can't rule out Epidendrum parkinsonianum based on these pictures.

I would tend to agree with this guess. Look at rhizome:
if horizontal = Brassavola hybrid
if climbing or descending = Epi parkinsonianum

If this is it, it likes to hang upside down. Slightly enlarge the bottom opening in a clay pot, and feed roots + rhizome through the bottom. Secure, and then fill the pot with mix. Hang pot on wall with pot clip, and let plant grow downwards.
