This is probably Jackfowlieara (Iwanagaara) Appleblossom (often seen as Apple Blossom, but one word is correct). An extremely variable hybrid in color, this is about as colorful as I have seen, but it is a fairly distinctive type of hybrid and very widely distributed, so I think it is likely. Most are pale yellows and blush pinks. You can never really be sure with a hybrid, but if this isn't Appleblossom it is something of very similar breeding, and there just aren't many similar ones.
