Hi, at first sight, it remembers me Epidendrum/Nanodes medusae OR some Robiquetia.

ADD: if you grow it inwarm temps, probably is Robiquetia. Nanodes medusae is cold growing.

thanks guys. i did some research too it could also be malleola orchid.
