Does it have a scent?
Edit: I was gonna say Oncidium Sharry Baby, but the flowers look kinda big relative to those Phal blooms...

I am thinking it is a Vuylstekeara hybrid which is in the oncidum alliance. I don't believe this is Onc. Sharry Baby.

It will be impossible to identify it beyond it's genus. There are just too many that look similar.
