Anymore info on where you acquired it? What about the size of the original plant? Do you have a flower description (if you happened to see the parent plant)?
My first guess is that it's something like Neobenthamia gracilis. This is based on the thin looking leaves, and the fact that I know the little aerial pups fall and break off all over the place and they look just like that when they do.
Epidendrum is the next guess, but with fuzzy/smallish pics of a tiny bit of plant with no flowers, I'm going to say the identification game is going to be entirely guesswork.
If it's Neobenthamia, despite being known as lithophytes, they tend to do better in a more terrestrial mix like a cymbidium, possibly even with small amount of potting soil in the mix. They also like a lot of light, eventually being able to tolerate near to full sun once mature and acclimated.
If it's an Epidendrum, it'll need a more epiphytic mix or to be mounted, and high light.
