Not the best pictures. All I know is that it is a lady slipper...would anyone know the specifics on this plant?

Without a bloom, there's no real way to know for sure. It does look like a paphiopedilum, but that's all I've got for you. Good luck rehabilitating it.

I can tell you, these guys like to be a bit more moist than phals do. I water my paphs twice a week, just when the top of the medium gets a little crunchy. Hope this helps!
