Hello everyone,
I have no experience with Cattleyas, so any help is appreciated. I don't need an exact ID, just tell me if you know a plant similar to this.
It is a bifoliate one, please see the pictures:

I have no idea, sorry ...

I have Catt alliance intergeneric hybrids with like-looking growth - They do well in fairly bright light, media allowed to become nearly dry in-between waterings.

Definitely not C. violacea. Looks like it has both bifoliate and unifoliate Cattleya ancestors plus maybe Brassavola or something else, Sonya's culture advice sounds right on.

Thanks gnathaniel ... it gets more complicated than I thought!! I hope I'll manage to keep it alive and happy. I killed 2 Cattleya seedlings in the past and I'm a bit scared of them!
