Default help ID a plant that looks to be in pleurothalinae

this is a gift from one of my workers, who found this plant who knows where.

growth habit . and plant looks like a masdevalia, but the flower doesn't look like it , but I could be wrong. all I know it is Mexican.


flowers are small and extremely long lasting, ( about 5 weeks until today.)
