Don't trust the OB pic. The blooms are old and about to curl up - note the dry looking lip and the yellowing stem. When a bloom gets older, the color can change drastically, often deepening or getting more intense as the cells start to dry and shrink. Photos are soooo hard to get accurate - Google Mtssa. Dark Star, and look at the "Images" - you will see a lot of variation on color!
