Default Psychopsis Mendenhall re-pot?

Just bought Onc. Medenhall with one spike, now has one bloom with another bud forming above first. Reading up says once it starts, blooms could be almost continuous. In a 4 inch pot with 3 leaves and start of new growth, roots coming out bottom. This is my 1st Men. usually I would never repot an orchid in bloom. Should I repot ? If not now when?
