name and care for this plant - Orchid Board

A single flower on a single dark brown stem. Stem about 5" flower only lasts 3 days at most.

Flower looks kind of like a Bulbo. Could we see the foliage?

That's a Bulbophyllum and I've seen this one before but big apologies because I don't know it's name. It looks similar to B. ambrosia and is probably crossed with it but not sure.
