Lc Woodlands Kolibri (L.pumila x Summer Rose)

I have a tag that seems to have lost it's parent. I have found a picture of the bloom, however, I want to idenify the plant that the tag belongs to. I need a photo of the entire plant so I can match with the plants I have. Thanks for the help.

I saw the picture of Woodlands Kolibri but what I really need is a pic of the whole plant. I have not had a plant with a bloom similar to the picture.
