Default Cattleya intermedia ???
I'm pretty sure this is C. intermedia var. alba but it is very tall - about 18" or taller.

Can anyone say with confidence that this is indeed C. intermedia? Thanks in advance,

I can't say with any certainty, but it certainly appears similiar to my intermedia. And IOSPE does say it is small to medium sized which would be between 12 and 24" tall.
