Default A Simple NOID in Southern Thailand

A NOID because I don't speak botanical Thai.
What is not coming across in the image is the thickness of the leaves, they're succulent like:







Thank for the help. Now I just have to figure out how to get this $2.00 orchid home....<sigh>...
Any ideas?

I wish I could bring it home to my collection in the States, but it will have to stay with my friends here in Thailand...
