Pleurothallids are really hard!

Stelis

purpurea...? Cant be sure at all.

You could try emailing Lou Jost. He is an expert in pleurothallids and has described many species. Probably would be good to get a clearer closeup photo though.

I agree with Louis and think this is possibly S. purpurea.
