Smile Help with orchid identification

Hi, I am a new member but not new to orchids. I currently have over 100 in my personal collection 😁 I would like some help identifying this orchid that was given to me.

Details:
Pseudobulbs that appear to grow in a cluster
Long, slender, smooth and firm leaves
Single flower stem from the top of pseudobulb
Thin roots
Purple flowers that look like a laelia (however it seems the laelia orchids leaves etc are different??)

See images below of this orchid.
Thanks for any information you can provide.

Welcome to the Orchid Board! Congratulations on the beautiful flower!

This is in the Cattleya alliance. It probably has ancestors in genera Guarianthe and Brassavola, and perhaps others. It isn't possible to identify closer than that because so many hybrids look so much alike. Most plants in the Cattleya alliance take similar care, so you should be able to grow it well with general Cattleya alliance care.

Looks to me like Guarianthe skinnerii or bowringiana. It's probably a hybrid but i bet its mostly Guarianthe
