Default ID help on spotty Oncidium alliance plant

Hello all!
I've spent years reading Orchid Board and I've found it so helpful and entertaining. I decided it was high time I joined...

For my first post, I'm seeking ideas as far as ID for a plant I was gifted last year. I've never seen it flower, nor had the person who gave it to me.

I'm usually content to accept the mysteries of life, but in this case, I am concerned about this plant- many strange symptoms. Yellow spots and streaks, chlorotic spots, black spots/streaking, vertical pleating, pitting and puckering, and all kinds of fun discoloration. Symptoms most prominent on older leaves, though pleating seems normal throughout the plant. None of the symptoms seem to affect the vigor as far as I can tell. Symptoms don't spread at a rapid rate and no other plants are affected, which is why I haven't composted it yet.

If these are disease symptoms, I can let the plant go, but if a rough ID reveals that this plant is just an ugly duckling, I will keep it in hopes of someday seeing a flower.

So far it has been an easy grower- lots of roots and 2 new pbulbs in the last year. Very stiff upright leaves and closely packed pbulbs. It's just not a very handsome plant...

More details:
Tested for Cymbidium mosaic virus and Odontoglossum ringspot and came back clean. Has been sprayed with Physan and insectidical soap. Repotted this spring. RO water, weakly weekly with KLite or Orchid Pro 3/4 waterings. Monthly kelp and probiotics. Intermediate temps. Windowsill with supplemental LEDs. RH fluctuates bw 40-60%

Thanks in advance for your thoughts! Apologies if this post belongs elsewhere!

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

Lots of Oncidiums look like that lots of the time without diseases. I don't think it's a goid idea to use antifungal nor antibacterial chemicals unless you know what you're treating. We could only guess as to the plant's ID.

Thank you! Happy to be here!

That is what I was hoping to hear, and I might have just needed some reassurance. Thanks!

I agree with you regarding fungicides just for the sake of it. I'm a very shy chemical applicator in general even if I know exactly what is going on. I did succumb and spray this plant in a moment of weakness/paranoia. Woops.
