It does look like one, It could be something else, but since those are common, a likely candidate,

I've never seen a semi-alba Den like that. Maybe an artist's embellishment?

They do exist, one example is Dendrobium Woo Leng which looks quite similar to the OP's drawing.

Thanks everyone! Love the expertise here. I know I can always find the answer when I come here. Here's one more. I labelled it a Psychopsis, even though it doesn't have the lovely 'antenna'.
Thoughts?

I would say "not even close"... not sure what it IS but it isn't a psychopsis. Too much artistic license.
