Default Id help

Could any one tell me what Genus Sp. Variety this is?

I know the lady slipper is a Paphiopedilum but I can't identify its sp. or var.

Thanks

The first is most probably an intergeneric cross of Brassia/Oncidium/Miltonia(?)
The second is Paphiopedilum callosum.

Both of these plants resemble ones that are widely available from big box stores. The Paph is most likely a hybrid.
