it seems to be a Miltonia.

whatever the case, it is most definitely in the Oncidium alliance.

Looks a lot like Miltonia moreliana (used to be Miltonia spectabilis var. moreliana, now its own species) or could be a hybrid of it. Impossible to tell for certain from a photo because there are hybrids of Milt. moreliana that look a lot like it.

I agree, its almost certainly M. moreliana.
