The flowers are only about 3or 4 millimeters wide.

This one looks a lot like the Pleurothallis mentosa that I saw on the Rio Negro in Brazil (though that ID could be wrong too, plants in the wild don't have labels...) Colombia is not listed as one of the contries that it occurs, so could be a related species.

Thank you Roberta. There are 21 Pleurothallis species listed for my area but mentosa isn't among them as you say.
